School Activity Day and Workshop Prices
The Problem Solving Company believe that value for money is as important as delivering a high quality day. We concluded, after 17 years of visiting schools the fairest way to price our days is by the number of instructors we are sending. This way the schools can know exactly what their money is being spent on.
All prices are plus VAT but most schools can claim this back. All accommodation, travel expenses and specialised insurance is included in the price.

If your school is more than a one form entry and you wish for multiple instructors to come for the day please contact us for a price. This is generally slightly more than the pricing above as we will need to bring two vans. You will also need multiple hall spaces.

Depending on how many students that you wish to participate and the duration of each sessions will determine on the number of instructors you will need. Our instructors can work with a 1:30 ratio. The table below can be used to help price your day.

The number of students, the duration of the sessions and the levels of facilitation will influence how many instructor you will need. Below can be used as a guide. For all team building days except The Challenge Carousel ratios should be at a maximum 1 instructor to 30 pupils (normal class size)

Budget Day
* During the months of June – September a single instructor will be charged at £900.00
Weekend bookings will incur an additional charge of £100.00 per instructor.
