Team Building For EYFS - KS5
For any school looking for a fun, challenging team building day, look no further than the Problem Solving Company. We cater for all year groups from Reception to Year 13 and offer teacher inset days. All of our activities are tailored to each group of participants.
As well as our extremely popular team building days, we also offer bushcraft activities where students from Year 4 and upwards can experience fire lighting, shelter building, water filtration and orienteering under the guidance and supervision of our instructors.Â

Bushcraft Days In Schools
Take a walk on the wild side with our Bushcraft challenges. Our trained instructors safely provide fire lighting, stretcher building, water filtration and more to your students in your own school field. These activities are suitable for year 4 and upwards. This is a fantastic way to allow your students to practice their survival skills.

The Problem Solving Company are constantly travelling the UK visiting Primary & Secondary Schools, Sixth Form Centres and Colleges. We even visit Universities. We don’t just visit the big towns and cities.Â

Our Mobile School Team Building Days feature large, hands-on equipment that we bring directly to your school, making them ideal for SEN schools. In fact, many schools often ask where they can source similar equipment themselves. At The Problem Solving Company, our staff continually assess which team activities best align with the goals of different groups. With a wide range of activities at our disposal, we carefully select the ones that will be most beneficial and engaging for each individual group.
Maths Workshops In Schools
The Problem Solving Company have run Maths Days in Lancashire for many years and they are a fantastic way to build pupil’s confidence in maths. Our kinaesthetic maths challenges are designed to be in keeping with the national curriculum for each year group to ensure that all our challenges are at the right level. If your students need a little motivation in the maths then this workshop is perfect for them, the activities are fun, hands-on and provide a space for children to further develop their mathematical skillset.

Indoor & Outdoor Activity Days
As we are strong believers in the benefits of outdoor education, we would always prefer to run our activities on a school field or playground if possible. We do however appreciate that the weather in the UK is not the most reliable. We are well versed at facilitating our team building activities inside drama studios, sports halls, gyms and classrooms. This allows us to run events all year round in Essex.
Gifted & Talented Activities
Since 2007 The Problem Solving Company has worked with a wide range of Gifted & Talented student groups, offering our Mobile Team Building Activity Days. These sessions provide like-minded pupils with the opportunity to excel in solving complex challenges, uncovering solutions that might otherwise be overlooked. Our activities feature a high level of differentiation and strong cross-curricular links to STEM subjects, making our team building days a popular choice for schools looking to challenge and inspire their most able students.
