We offer our full range of activities to both Primary & Secondary Schools throughout the county. Our team building days are perfect for transition days and drop down days, to name a few!
Mobile Team Building For EYFS - KS5
The Problem Solving Company has been providing a mobile team building service for schools in Leicestershire since 2007. Our engaging and educational days have become a staple in many schools’ calendars. With a diverse range of enrichment activities available, schools can choose options such as Adventure Squad and maths workshops for Primary Schools (KS2), The Challenge Carousel for Secondary Schools (KS3, KS4, KS5), or our Bushcraft & Survival Day. We continually expand our catalogue of activities, with Mobile Laser Tag being one of our exciting new offerings launched most recently.

Indoor & Outdoor School Workshops
We understand that every school is unique, and flexibility is one of our key strengths. We can deliver our activities in a variety of spaces within schools. While indoor spaces like sports halls, gyms, and auditoriums are preferred, we’ve also successfully utilized classrooms and even corridors. Outdoors, we enjoy using school fields, but playgrounds, courts, and astroturf areas also serve as effective venues for our activities.

Bushcraft For Schools
Looking for a team building experience on the wild side? The Problem Solving Company’s Bushcraft Day is exactly what your school needs. Our instructors will safely show your students how to make a fire using a bow drill, how to purify water, amongst other survival skills. Whether you want to give each class a taster session or have an extensive workshop for one class for the whole day, we can tailor make the day you require.

Team Building For Everyone
We offer a wide variety of team building activities specifically designed for pupils with Special Educational Needs. One of our most effective options is the Challenge Carousel, which works well because there are no set time limits for each challenge. This eliminates unnecessary pressure and allows pupils to explore and develop their own solutions at their own pace. The Challenge Carousel features 32 different team building challenges that can be spread across a field or even set up in multiple classrooms, creating an environment that helps many SEN pupils thrive.
