The Problem Solving Company offers an extensive range of mobile team building activity days for all Key Stages (KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4 & KS5) across Shropshire’s schools. Primary and Secondary school pupils love taking part in one of our School Team Building Days, whilst school staff welcome the fact that we organise every aspect of the day. Team Building For All Ages
When we run our School Team Building Days,schools in Shropshire are always amazed at how many different activities we bring with us in our Problem Solving Company vans. Our Instructor Led days aim to run different activities for each year groups. This allows us to run a different range of team building challenges when we return the next year. As well as the number of activities we bring, schools frequently comment on the soft skills of our instructors. We pride ourselves on the subtle changes that we can make in delivery to hit the expectations of the teaching staff, but also the students’ understanding and enjoyment of each team task.Â

Indoor & Outdoor Team Building Activities
We realise that all schools are different and flexibility is one of our key strengths. We are able to offer our activities in a large range of spaces in schools. Indoors spaces such as sports halls, gyms and halls are preferred but classrooms and even corridors have been used successfully. Outdoor we love to use school fields however playgrounds, courts and Astroturf are all successful venues for our activities.

Maths Workshops For Schools
Our Primary School Maths Workshops provide students with a kinaesthetic, hands on approach to mathematics. Each year group from Reception to Year 6 gets to experience our tailor-made activities that have been designed to coincide with the national curricular for that particular year group. Not only will this challenge your student’s maths and critical thinking skills, but it will also test the student’s teamwork and provide an insight as to how well they can cope in a team environment.
Bushcraft Days In Schools
Looking for a team building experience on the wild side? The Problem Solving Company’s Bushcraft Day is exactly what your school needs. Our instructors will show your students how to make a fire using a bow drill, how to purify water, amongst other survival skills. Whether you want to give each class a taster session or have an extensive workshop for one class for the whole day, we can tailor make the day you require.

We are in a privileged position regarding the equipment we use for our school activity days. As we are also the leading supplier of Team Building kits to schools, we have access to a large warehouse full of quality equipment. These large hands on pieces of equipment are integral to the success of our days in schools.
SEND Activity Days
Since our inception in 2007 The Problem Solving Company has worked with schools with additional needs. We have found that with such a varied range of abilities in such schools that our Carousel style days’ work perfectly. This is because each of these days has a range of 32 activities available. Combine this variety of activity with no fixed time allocation, provides the perfect. environments for each group to thrive on challenges that suit them.
