The White Brick Road is a great team building game that can be played in a few different ways.

The first way is to blindfold one member of the group. In front of them place a number of A4 pieces of paper in the form of a meandering path. The more pieces of paper used, the harder the challenge will be.

The instructor / teacher can then ask the blindfolded team member to lift their blindfold for 5 seconds. They will then need to memorise the path. When they put their blindfold back down they will then try to carefully trace the path. If less than half of their foot is off one of the pieces of paper the next member of the group will take over.

The second method for playing The White Brick Road is that instead of just one person, the whole team is blindfolded. They all get the 5 seconds to memorise the route before being blindfolded. This way the whole team can discuss and advise on the route. There will need to be someone watching each group without a blindfold for each method.
