Team Building For EYFS - KS5
Create strong, successful and collaborative groups with our Team-Building event. Our experienced instructors will talk your students through a variety of challenges, in which they will be expected to overcome obstacles and boundaries and work together to complete any given course. Over the years we’ve tweaked and perfected lots of our activities like “Sky tower” and “Global Warming” to promote essential skills that build a team with lasting foundations. All of our activities aim to develop communication skills, critical thinking and confidence, in the hopes that students will become a more cohesive unit and natural leaders will shine through. When planning a large event we make this day into a competition to inspire children to reach their full potential with prizes awarded to those who do.

The Team Challenge Carousel
Need a cheaper alternative to our team-building event day but still want to build the same sense of comradery and challenge your students, then consider our team building carousel. We will set out 32 of our best and most invigorating activities, then it is up to your students, in small groups, to decide which they do and when. A carousel day requires the use of either teachers or older students to supervise the groups. This is where the school can ultimately save money-wise by not needing to hire one of our instructors to lead individual activities. Our carousel has become very popular with new oncoming students either in year 7 or sixth form, but any year group can benefit from this enriching competition.
Higher Learning Potential
Students with high learning potential benefit from our mobile team building days as they can inspire students to engage, challenge themselves and invoke critical thinking. When working with these pupils in particular, we tend to not reveal too much information about how to complete an activity so that they can come to their own conclusions. The activities we provide challenge students to analyze their environment, utilize their memory and make inspired decisions. Whether in a small group or competing in a larger event, students with high learning potential will thrive when working with The Problem Solving Company.

Crazy Golf & Laser Tag At Scools
Want a more light hearted, simple and fun event for your day? Say no more, either laser tag or mini golf are great options as stand alone events or as enjoyable add ons to a team building day. Our mini golf offers 10 ‘crazy’ themed putting holes for each member to have a whack at and all of the equipment we will bring to you, all we need is a space big enough to spread out the ‘greens’. The laser tag activity will give your students the chance to try their hand at a bit of friendly combat on the field or in a hall, either space can be transformed into a battle setting easily.
